Miss Rukmani Singh is a visionary leader who seamlessly blends artistic expression with deep-rooted social commitment. A law graduate (LLB), she consciously chose a path beyond traditional legal corridors—one dedicated to amplifying marginalized voices and empowering those often left unheard.

Guided by her core belief that “There is no alternative to the best,” Miss Singh integrates cultural values, modern technology, and unwavering dedication into every endeavor. This philosophy gave birth to Scene Craft Pvt. Ltd., a creative platform where the fragrance of Indianness meets the finesse of impactful storytelling.

A passionate advocate for education and women empowerment, she runs multiple centers across India that provide:

• Free education to underprivileged students

• Skill-based training programs for women, including beautician courses and sewing & embroidery

• Awareness initiatives focused on women’s rights, dignity, and self-reliance

Through these initiatives, she strives to equip women with not only employable skills but also the confidence and awareness needed to live empowered and independent lives.

Her creative journey extends powerfully into filmmaking, where she has served as Creative Director for three socially impactful documentary films:

• Passion of Poison – Highlighting the anti-tobacco movement

• Bolna Hoga – Addressing the issue of domestic violence

• Udne Do – Raising awareness about child labor
